Multiple things. To start with, Voxarc was a rushed school project since the beginning. This meant it wasn't as polished as a normal website would and had tons of errors in its code, UI design and technical design that would require it to be remade to properly fix.
Because of this poorly designed application, no one ended using it. Maltion accounts, however, are still operative and you can use them in maltion.com.
There's no point in keeping it working. It's a waste of storage, and most importantly, there's a better and active platform based on the same principle as this one named MNetwork, which you can in fact use already if you previously made a Maltion account.
Additionally, it had been a moderation nightmare recently, with no proper moderators watching what was happening on it and some malicious users causing issues.
It's highly unlikely you have old posts because this application wasn't known by much people, however for the few ones who did have posts, they have been archived on the Voxarc archive, a community on MNetwork.
If you wish to host Voxarc yourself, modify it or just look at it's code, the frontend and backend code has been made available for everyone on a GitHub repository.
